So far nothing has worked or improved the issue, unfortunately. So far I’ve updated my GPU/Video drivers, updated Windows, restarted my computer multiple times, disabled my antivirus, tried setting Mixxx as High-Priority in Task Manager, setting Waveform FPS, changing waveform types, and did a fresh reinstall of the software. In terms of troubleshooting, I’ve tried to find information on this issue and only found a few relevant things. If it matters, I’m running my MP3 files off of a separate HDD installed in the computer, but this problem persists even when loading music from my C: drive. I am currently using just a keyboard and mouse as controls as I do not own a DJ controller yet I’m playing out of my RAZER Leviathan speakers that are connected to my computer and include a soundbar and subwoofer.ģ2GB DDR4 Trident Z Neo running at 3600mhz, dual-band This issue persists in both fullscreen and windowed mode, and even when I’m focusing on a completely separate window. I have more than decent enough hardware to run the program, but the waveform stutters, all the times/changing numbers are choppy, highlights over buttons are delayed, etc… The issue is that everything within the software is running at 15 FPS tops, normally hovering at 13 FPS (According to Average Frame Rate in the Waveforms tab of Preferences). Everything worked great, the audio sounded perfect and the controls worked as they should, but everything within the software seemed very delayed or choppy. However, I quickly noticed that the software seemed very choppy everywhere even with a powerful PC, including highlights over selected options, the waveform, and the spinning vinyl. I installed the stable version (2.3.3) of the software earlier today on my computer and it ran perfectly, I got songs set up and figured out the basics.
